Challenge
As one of the countries leading owner and manager of commercial property ‘Places People Prefer’ is an integrated campaign that gets to the heart as to why the company has been so successful in identifying potential and then realising it with some fantastic estates such as Broadgate, Regents Place and Paddington Central on the office front and Whiteleys, Meadowhall and Glasgow Fort on the retail side of its business.

Solution
This project called for a little more than the normal approach, in that to truly deliver the message, we had to not only interview British Land staff, but also the tenants and users of their properties to give an all round view.
