‘Good relations’ the key for FCC

In the last 100 years FCC has grown from being a local Spanish company to a global leader in environmental services, infrastructure and renewable energy.

FCC and Nexxus Spain – Varenga worked closely together, to develop a major global internal communications campaign, implemented in more than 10 languages.

The challenge
Establish and maintain ‘good relations’ with FCC’s employees.

The solution
Communicate to employees FCC’s commitment to CSR, Occupational Risk Prevention, Information Technology and Human Resources and the benefits they bring to individuals, society and the environment.

A global marcoms campaign principally comprised of advertising and promotional campaigns. This global campaign was supported by group conventions, exhibition, events, newsletters, again in more than 10 languages.
