At home with Zeeman

Showcasing the creativity of real Zeeman customers.

Challenge:
Show that Zeeman has a new, attractive assortment home textiles for the lowest price. Add more character to the Zeeman brand. Attract new customers and confirm existing customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Germany. Focus on women aged 20-55 and people that can’t or don’t want to spend much on textiles.
 
Solution:
Customers of Zeeman are creative. They inspire other customers with pictures of there interior creations on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Why use expensive stylist to present the new home textiles? In this campaign we show the textiles in the homes of real Zeeman customers.  With customers as the interior stylist. The conclusion: the home textiles of Zeeman look great in every home.
 
Implementation:
A cross media campaign in 5 countries: tv, online advertising, a door to door folder, point-of-sales communication, pr and social media campaign on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook.

Performance:
The campaign resulted in an increase in sales, and importantly gained new customers fro Zeeman.
